You may be eligible for Legal Aid assistance in relation to your family law matter.

Fair Family Law can take you through the eligibility requirements and Legal Aid application. If you are eligible for Legal Aid, we can provide information, advice and representation in dispute resolution or litigation.

You will of course not be charged for any appointments in conjunction with your Legal Aid application, regardless of whether you are successful in your application for Legal Aid or not.
